ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to explain services and products offered.
Become proficient with client programs and develop product knowledge.
Record and verify names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospective customers.
Enter orders into computer. Minimum 25 WPM. Minimum 85% Accuracy.
Maintain professional attire that adheres to client standards.
Follow company policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be a naturally positive, helpful and courteous person who likes to assist people with their needs.
You need to be comfortable working at a computer, talking on the phone and working in a fast-paced, very active group environment.
You should have a high school education and one or more years of customer service experience. Willing to train those that have retail, prior inside sales or fast food experience as well. Any face to face retail environment where they help sell additional products are ideal candidates.
You must have demonstrated computer skills/experience.
