JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
REPORTS TO: DBSL/VSM Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide excellent support and service to both external and internal customers. Act as liaison between customers and other departments to ship orders in a timely manner and resolve customer disputes. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct. This is a great opportunity for someone just graduating college who would like to transition to a marketing/sales role within a Fortune 500 Company.
