Opportunity Description:
Kaptec seeks several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and one Team Lead to work in our Hoboken, New Jersey office. These temp-to-hire positions become permanent upon satisfactory completion of a probationary period. Kaptec’s CSRs act as the direct point of contact, responding to client inquiries regarding product use and sales. The team focused CSRs are responsible for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities while resolving non-technical customer inquiries.
Candidates must possess:
Exceptional attitude with confident telephone manner and strong work ethic
6 months to 2 yrs. customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in English / Spanish (verbal & written preferred)
Accurate keyboard skills with attention to detail and basic PC knowledge
Working Lead:
Working team lead monitors and assigns work to CSRs while performing all tasks of a CSR
Trains other CSRs and assists in problem resolution
Provides reports utilizing Avaya CentreVu Supervisor; experience with CentreVu Supervisor a plus
Provides pro-active updates to client routinely
Main responsibilities:
Respond to all requests in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
Maintain full ownership of product inquiries to closures; responding to customer questions via telephone, e-Mail, and e-Bay
Log and validate all incoming calls on the call handling system
Identify and close new business, up-sell and cross-sell to achieve sales quota
Prepare appropriate documentation for sold orders
Order / Data entry
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in post sales activities by following orders throughout the process to closure and delivery
Other administrative duties as directed
