• Records inquiries and transactions into the appropriate tracking system, describing the customer and their needs accurately. Maintains appropriate paper and/or electronic files of transactions, correspondence and pending work.
• Processes orders for ISO products and services according to process flows, accurately and in accordance with designated timeframes.
• Provides pricing and delivery information, and processes orders and billing adjustments.
• Provides research, analysis and support for special projects.
• Assists with the training of new team Representatives.
• Serves as the liaison between customers and various departments within ISO.
• Sets up new accounts, maintains records, prepares required reports and performs word processing and related duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in a customer facing position.
• Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance is preferred.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Must be available to handle late shift (until 6pm) if needed.
