Job Purpose
Responsible for nurturing and building customer relationships providing information on products and services. Ability to handle and resolve complaints. Provides administrative, sourcing, lead generation, and CRM support to sales and marketing department.
*Functions as integral part of sales team
*Serves as frontline contact with our customers via telephone
*Coordinates email newsletters, special promotions, webinars, and events.
*Maintains marketing and sales materials
*Develops and organizes processes and procedures, updating written and web-based materials
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree with 2 years or more experience as a professional customer service representative
*High interest in working independently
*Experience using Microsoft Office software, CRM database, e-learning technology, email newsletter systems, multi-line telephone system, and strong interpersonal skills required
*Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including telephone business etiquette.
*Must type at least 60 wpm.
