Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and outside sales force via phone for the purpose of entering, checking, and expediting orders, or answering product availability inquires.
· Maintains total; responsibility for level of service for assigned accounts.
· Meets service requirements involving the sale of product in timely, accurate, professional, and personable manner.
· Processes credits and returns in a timely manner, accurate, professional and personable manner.
· Develops and maintains a working knowledge of product and basic technical information.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma required; college or technical training preferred.
· One year related experience or Bachelor’s Degree
· Excellent Computer Skills: Excel/ Microsoft Word.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
