Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for an Outstanding opportunity for temp to hire employment? An international company with a local call center is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives with 6 months of call center experience and 1 - 2 years customer service experience. This position is located in Henderson, NV. Candidates will be responsible for phone support for callers and will be the first point of contact for the customers. Must be able to work effectively under stress in a fast-paced environment with demanding customers and have good computer skills. Individuals must be flexible for shifts 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All interested qualified candidates must present a resume with a stable work history.

Presentable, Friendly, Flexible
Must be able to pass a drug test and a 10 year criminal background check

Excellent Customer Service Skills, detail oriented, good computer skills. Must be able to multi-task, good attention to detail, have outstanding internet skills and type 25wpm.
