PNG Worldwide is seeking International Customer Service Representative to work for one of the most respected international Freight Forwarders in the industry.  We seek a driven, proactive critical thinker.

Desired Skills & Experience

For an entry-level role, we require a 4 year degree preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics or commensurate experience.  Previous internships preferred, but not required.

For experience, the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of import/export exp experience with full-cycle classification, input, and follow-up.

Account coordination includes total visibility from foreign origin to destination, as well as exports from the US to foreign destinations. The International Traffic Coordinator will also be responsible for classifying entries, tracking cargo, preparing quotes, and maintaining our reputation as the leader in international freight forwarding.  Duties include providing excellent customer service in an engaging environment, learning and improving knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, vendor relations, internal communication, and monitoring industry developments in areas such as trucking, port operations, customers, and competitors.  Must be/have:
