Service Solutions Group, a nationally recognized and award winning commercial cooking/refrigeration service company, is seeking a part time Customer Service Representative for our Louisville location. This individual will primarily be responsible for answering phones, assisting customers, entering the information into a software program and assisting with dispatching field service technicians who will repair the equipment throughout the city. This position will be considered temporary (25-30 hours per week) with the opportunity to become a full-time regular employee dependent upon business need.  Due to the fact this position is temporary part time no benefits will be offered. 

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:
Answering the phone and entering customer information and service requests into the computer software program.
Assisting dispatchers with field service technicians.

Additional Requirements:
2 + years experience in billing/dispatch.
Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently or as a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
