Customer Service Representative
About the Job
The Spectrum Marketing Companies are continuing to expand and seek multiple Customer Service Representatives with strong direct customer service skills. 3-5 years experience in commercial printing or direct mail production preferred but other applicable skills will be considered. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with sales, design, production, management and customers are fundamental to the position. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and other general Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
Spectrum’s environment is fast paced and requires the ability to mange multiple tasks and priorities. Experience with print-orientated MIS systems such as EFI’s ePace, Logic or Hagen considered a major plus.
In-house production capabilities include a wide selection of sheet fed and half-web presses, full direct mail processing, an internal design staff of 12 and web & email marketing services.
