We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Marion, Virginia.

This qualified Customer Service Representative will be responsible for directing all communications, verbal and written, from assigned accounts regarding orders, including but not limited to; shipment tracking, complaints regarding shortages, overages, quality, late shipments, and all other customer service activities.

The best-matched candidate will possess an Associate’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.  This position requires proactive customer account management, high analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.  Strong telephone, interpersonal, organizational, mathematical and time management skills are also required.
