Customer Service Representative

About the Job

A local manufacturing company is seeking an individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.  In this position you will be responsible for responding to customer requests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Customer Service Representative who has excellent judgment, problem solving skills, and a winning desire to succeed.  You will be responsible for maintaining high client service levels though inbound calls utilizing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to maximize customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Answer customer requests for information.
  • Assist customers with processing purchase orders on imprint colors, quotes, freight, and additional issues.
  • Provide information to customers in regard to catalog items.
  • Edit and track orders upon request from customers.
  • Ensure delivery dates with customers.
  • Properly document all request from customers in internal software system.
  • Resolve problems relating to customer orders.
  • Project a positive, organized, and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow co-workers.

Requirements

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

 

Desired Skills

 

  • Type 35-55 WPM
  • Previous CSR experience in call center environment.
  • Stable work history.
