Customer Service Representative

Description:
Our Sprint store is looking for a customer service oriented representative to assist our customers. This person will be responsible for all administrative functions related to establishing service to customers. May establish required customer profile, credit and service selection information. Make contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchases. Performs in-store customer service activities as required.
Experience Required:
This position requires knowledge of the communications industry, and familiarity with wireless technology and applications would be helpful. General business knowledge and skills. Ability to operate all business machines including personal computers is important. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
BILINGUAL CANDIDATES PREFFERED, but not required.
