PURPOSE: Serve as liaison between assigned franchise owners and AIA Corporation by assisting the franchise owners in maintaining their compliancy and by providing ongoing training and guidance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Franchise Owner 1st Point of Contact – Communicate with the franchise owner on all matters. Determine franchise owner compliancy. Maintain/retain communication documentation pertinent to transactional activity.
· Drive Task Resolution Process – Facilitate the task resolution process. Follow up with team members on resolution status.
· Review Unbilled Orders Report – Review this report with the franchise owner on a weekly basis. Verify that all customer invoices are generated and sent regularly.
· Order Collection Report Processing –Audit OCR’s according to the defined reporting schedule. Verify all transactions on OCR for accuracy. Field all franchise owner questions regarding results of OCR activities
· Review Orders – Act as liaison between franchise owner and account payable when there are disputes regarding supplier invoices. Monitor all customer invoices not approved where supplier invoices are approved.
· Report inquiries: Handle all franchise owner questions regarding all business reports.
· Account Receivable Aging – On a weekly basis, review this report with the franchise owner to determine payment status of invoices past due or approaching past due status.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Associates degree
· 2-3 years previous customer service experience preferred
· Excellent teamwork skills.
· Proven effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.
· Efficiency and accuracy while compiling and inputting data
· Previous experience working on a PC a must.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Windows.
