Giftware manufacturer seeking motivated energetic individual to become a member of our organization.
Job Purpose:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Duties:
o deal directly with customers by telephone, fax and/or email
o respond promptly to customer inquiries
o coordinate inventory requirements and status
o review and schedule customer order requirements
o provide commercial documents for shipping
o process orders, forms, applications and requests
o direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
o manage customers' accounts
o keep records of customer interactions and transactions
o record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
o communicate and coordinate with internal departments
o follow up on customer interactions
o work with freight forwarders and other designated carriers
o Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
o Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
