A company located in Orange, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Position: Temporary Position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Enter Sales orders/Delivery notes/ Invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate with Customers, sales and marketing and Warehouse personnel regarding Order status, product availability, order status, prices, customer pick up arrangement
- Maintain e-mails and phone calls for any customer Service Requests.
- Reconcile/ resolve discrepancies on Customer accounts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
- SAP Proficiency
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- College Graduate Preferred
