Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
2. Respond promptly, accurately and effectively to customers via phone and email regarding products, pricing, availability, etc.
3. Process multiple orders such as: add/cancel and special requests.
4. Return authorizations and troubleshoot
5. Other administrative functions and duties as needed and assigned.
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma required, some college coursework preferred
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Accurate and quick data entry/typing skills
4. Customer service experience, international experience is a plus
