This position is responsible for effectively, accurately, and courteously answering all the telephone inquiries from consumers, according to productivity standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive and respond to all telephone inquiries accurately and courteously within approved productivity standards.
- Communicate via written correspondence, email, and/or telephone.
- Successful resolution of inquiries.
- Research inquiries and process basic transactions.
- Accurately handles special projects as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years general work experience.
- Ability to research inquiries with little information given.
- Ability to maintain self-control and good judgment when confronted with a disgruntled client.
