We are currently hiring exceptional Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to provide compassionate, personalized and accurate service to our customers. As a Mercury CSR you will handle inbound calls from customers filing a claim for property loss or damage.

Training Schedule: February 10- February 28, 2014
Training Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
You must be available to complete the training schedule in full and start your permanent schedule after that point. Available schedules available: 4 x 10 (3 days off) or 5 x 8 (2 consecutive days off). Shifts may start as early as 10am or as late as 1:00pm. A shift premium applies for shifts ending at 10PM or later. A shift premium is also available for fluent Bilingual CSRs (English and Spanish).
• Prior call center experience a plus (multi-tasking in an Inbound Call Center Environment)
• At least 1 year customer service experience
• Excellent listening /communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Intermediate PC aptitude including keyboard proficiency
• Ability to take high number of calls while at a desk for extended periods of time
• High School diploma or equivalent required
