NEXICORE provides cost effective, high quality service and repair for all major brands of desktops and laptop computers.  We buy, sell and repair computers/computer parts for large national contractsOur Corporate Office in Simi Valley, CA has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary:


Motivated self-starter willing to accept new challenges and work in a fast-paced business casual environment.  As a Customer Service Representative, you must be able to work in a team environment and also independently.  Be a liaison for customers on key accounts  


 


Essential Functions



  • Data entry of new sales orders
  • Creating quotes for customers
  • Researching pricing information online
  • Source products as needed
  • Process purchase orders
  • Take daily customer service calls
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Provide daily updates and status reports
  • Demonstrated integrity by taking responsibility for your actions, keeping commitments, and following through on assigned tasks.

 


Supplemental Responsibilities



  • Create internal customer returns
  • Make outbound calls to vendors
  • Run and maintain regularly scheduled customer reports.

 


 


Job Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2yr experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Knowledge of computer related hardware (highly preferred)
  • SAP experience a plus
