We are actively looking for experienced Medical Billing Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in our Tinley Park, IL office.
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of the Customer Service Call Center is to manage the incoming call volume associated with answering physician billing related questions. These efforts will support in servicing the patients’ billing inquiries for the multiple contracted clients of Springfield Service Corporation. It is also the Call Center’s objective to handle and effectively manage call volume to ensure clients’ contractual agreements and call center guidelines are being met.
The core responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative is to support patients’ billing inquires as it relates to explanation of benefits, financial assistance, patient disputes, insurance verification, credit card payments and other billing inquiries.
