Customer Service Representative P/T

Part-time Customer Service Representatives

 

We are actively hiring individuals to join us at our new Tulsa location in the Corporate Woods complex located off 41st and 129th Street.

 

Cavalry Portfolio Services is a financial services company, specializing in Third Party Collections of deficient credit cards, auto loans, cell phone accounts & specialty consumer loans.

 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

 

·Receiving and directing incoming calls

·Assist callers to help facilitate them getting to the proper destination

·Update customer information / account as needed

·Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

 

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills:

 

·Computer literate (Windows-based operating systems)

·Excellent communication

·Customer service experience

·Telecommunication / call center experience

·Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·Able to effectively manage time

·Able to type and enter data accurately while speaking with customers

·Steady, consistent employment history

·HSD or equivalent required
