At this level, incumbent is required to apply a basic working knowledge of systems, procedures, and customers to perform assigned functions with moderate reliance on others for direction. Interacts with established clients by phone to handle complex client issues. Work requires some judgment but is performed primarily according to standard procedures with close supervision. Handles customer enquiries utilizing email. May handle basic correspondence inquiries from customers.Documents all customer transactions in accordance with Company policy.Performs other duties as assigned.
| High school graduate or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred. Friendly and courteous telephone manner is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and general computer keyboard skills preferred.
