Main Line Medical Supplies Inc seeks Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking orders for durable medical equipment for our home care patients, hospice patients and nursing facilities. Representative will also answer incoming calls, handle order intake, set up deliveries, work with insurance providers to verify patient coverage for medical equipment and supplies. This position involves extensive telephone contact and relationship building with our referral sources.
If you have an upbeat, positive attitude with superior problem solving skills, this is the position for you! Ideal candidates must have prior knowledge of DME, Medicare guidelines and prior authorization process with private insurances. Minimum of 1-2 years experience required.
