The Customer Service Representative ensures that we meet or exceed Henkel’s commitments to our customers through the efficient management of the order through invoicing processes, the effective and pro-active communication of information, and the prompt resolution of customer issues. By providing these services, Customer Service supports the businesses, and helps them to attain their goals and execute their marketplace strategy.


 


 


What we offer


Develops and maintains pro-active business relationships with customers, sales representatives and operations. Independently and effectively prioritize daily tasks, and follow up on resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
Accountable for driving operational excellence and improving customer partnerships through the execution of high quality service delivery.
Use their judgment and knowledge of strategic plans for each customer to respond to requests for orders, support and other services.
Make appropriate service decisions based on knowledge of the business strategy and goals for each customer and product.
Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating our commitments to the customer (ie. delivery dates or problem resolution).
Recommend process changes to increase efficiency of operations and service to customers.
Work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Bachelor Degree's in business or marketing preferred 
Experience in customer care in a general office environment having demonstrated a commitment to customer loyalty, advocacy, engagement, and retention.
Experience with SAP desired.
Advanced knowledge of EDI related transactions and issue resolution desired.
High aptitude in Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing strategies.
Ability to multi-task and adjust to change while working in a fast environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively respond to customer’s requests or explain solutions to complaints/issues.
