Customer Service Representative (Order Taking, Trouble Shooting)

Krowne Metal Corporation has been manufacturing stainless steel products for over 60 years. As we start a major expansion we are seeking a self-motivated individual to be responsible for Customer Service.

To be successful at this job, you must be someone who likes building relationships with customers, along with a superior telephone personality. Candidate must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a medium paced environment.  tasks include order entry, order and shipment status inquiries, and customer support. Good typing and computer skills are required.

The Corporate culture at Krowne is business casual with office hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Krowne offers medical benefits, life insurance, and a 401k plan.
