We are currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to work 34 hours per week at our Reisterstown, MD location. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact with our customers. They handle inbound and outbound sales and service related calls. They are enthusiastic, responsible individuals with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking.

As a customer service professional, your responsibilities will include: - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Suburban products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service.
- Address a high volume of incoming calls. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and tactful manner. Ensure customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy for all call transactions.
- Utilize proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities.
- Pursue new customer opportunities. Follow up on marketing campaigns and inactive customer list, track leads, and capture cross-selling opportunities.
- Set up new accounts and maintain accuracy of customer account data and related information.
- Follow-up on new customer installations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Successful members of our team also possess the following qualifications: - A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and data entry/typing skills.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
