Sr. Customer Service Rep

In this role provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.  Investigate and assist in the resolution of calls concerning appropriate payment of claims or access to medical care.  Respond appropriately and promptly to a wide range of subjects including services, benefits, coverage and network, raised by current and potential members, employers, brokers, providers and staff members.  Qualifications include at least 2 yrs. Exp. in a provider, HMO, plan administrator or health care mgmt setting.  Ability to memorize and multi-process a wide variety of info association with PreferredOne’s products and operation.
