Customer Service Representative - Sales and Retention Specialist


 


Due to tremendous growth in our business, Envisia Group is in need of a full-time customer service representative for both incoming and outgoing calls.  This is not telemarketing – all outbound calls go to our existing customer base.  A minimum of three years of phone based customer service experience is required. 


 


Must be computer literate, have a great phone voice, and be sales-oriented.  Interest in health and beauty products is a big plus. 


 


This will be a full-time on-site position with occasional overtime in a casual, relaxed environment. There is no telecommuting or working from home.  There are opportunities for advancement and additional responsibilities depending on the individual’s skill set. The current schedule is 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some overtime will be required on an as-needed basis.



Pay starts at $12-$14 per hour (depending on work experience). Performance-based bonuses could also be available to high achievers.  Benefits include vacation, personal leave and healthcare. Perks currently include free monthly massages and corporate outings.


 


Our office is in Hollywood, one block west of I-95 at Stirling Rd.


 


Duties include:



  • Customer contact - answering customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Data entry

 


Performance will be evaluated on:



  • Customer retention
  • Upselling / cross-selling related products
  • Outgoing and incoming call volume

 


The ideal candidate is:



  • Fast and efficient
  • An excellent communicator (writing and speaking) 
  • Organized
  • Ready to learn
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
