Adecco Group, a world leader in the recruitment of Customer Service professionals, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service -Bilingual Spanish  for a 1 year opportunity with a leading Life Insurance company in Bloomington, MN. 




Bi-Lingual and Detail Oriented


Job Description:
Conduct detailed phone interviews with customers who have pending life insurance applications and type all information into a database. This specific position is needed to comunicate with our Spanish clients and must be fluent in Spanish along with proficiency in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.


 


Communicate with underwriters, agents and staff using Lotus Notes and other company systems.


Mainly evenings and Saturday shift


Potential of future conversion to direct employee.
