Job Purpose: Description Arizona's largest Motorola two-way radio dealer seeks an energetic and detail oriented individual to work in Customer Service Department assisting customers face to face. This position is responsible for acquiring, verifying accuracy and entering data as required. Work closely with all departments in tracking complex processes and providing responses in a timely manner.
-Provides information by answering questions and requests. -Maintains workflow by sorting and distributing incoming documents. -Maintains quality services by maintaining and following procedures and manuals; resolving processing problems. -Supports operations by cross-training on related jobs. -Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. -Maintains historical records by filing and retrieving documents.
Qualified candidates should have: able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, excellent computer skills needed, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel, attention to detail is a must. Excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to deal with inter office departments as well as outside customers and vendors. Must be able to adapt in various daily situations and be a terrific team player. All training will be provided for this position.
