Seeking 2 very bright, capable and flexible team players for customer service roles with rapidly-expanding company in Raleigh area.   This company provides a wide range of client service support functions for its clients and enjoys an excellent reputation for quality and service.   Company is growing and seeks to bring on two CRSs to grow with them.

The positions will involve juggling a wide range of duties.  Some tasks will require extensive phone work while others will involve research and follow-up.  Seek quality candidates who apply common sense and diligence to any task.  Seek candidates who enjoy being the point person for many things.  

A customer service background is highly desirable. Verbal communication must be tactful, timely and thorough.  Written communication must be accurate, grammatically correct, diplomatic and error-free.  As noted, this is a company with a reputation for quality.  Accuracy and professionalism will be critical.
