Call center located in Lawrence Kansas seeks motivated Customer Service Representatives.  NO COLD CALLING!!!  We need your customer service skills!!!  Our CSR’s educate existing customers on C-PAP and Bi-PAP supplies.  CSR’s will maintain open communication responding to customer’s questions, problems.  Maintains customer’s files by verifying if customer is still using the equipment, track customer calls, refills and other relative information.  Excellent telephone and CSR skills needed basic computer knowledge.  Must be detail oriented, previous call center experience preferred.  All CSR’s will be required to handle heavy customer contact with existing CPAP/BiPAP customer base for their entire shift.  We offer an hourly wage plus obtainable monthly commissions.  These are day hours with some overtime expected.  If you are looking for a good job with a great company this is for you.  You must be willing to drive to our sister company located by the KCI airport for first round interviews, if hired your first 2-3 days of training will also be conducted at the KCI location.
