Major insurance carrier in Robinson seeks Customer Service Representative to fill immediate temporary position. Interested candidates must have very STRONG customer service skills, STRONG medical terminology, data entry skills and an understanding of ICD9/CPT coding. The staff will be trained to place outbound calls in a high volume setting. Obtaining and entering demographics for precertification for hospital admissions and OP procedures from providers/members.
Salary for this position is $14-$15/hr. Candidates MUST be able to work flexible schedule between 8am-6pm; Monday thru Friday. Drug screening required. Health benefits start IMMEDIATELY!
