About the Job

Rocky Top Marketing group is now interviewing highly motivated, outgoing and energetic people for our Management Training position. Diligence, workman/workwomanship, and a positive attitude are the intangibles we are looking for in the hiring process.

What do we do?

We specialize in account management, marketing, and sales to our Client's existing customers in East Tennessee.  The Client, AT&T, is upgrading their infrastructure and new government regulations have proven to be challenging for their old marketing and sales techniques as they transition their customer base to a fiber optic network.

We specialize in in-person presentations, we now make and control all the business contacts with leads provided directly from the Client to create relationships and present new information to secure their customer base.  Because of the personal touch and presentation skills we provide, we sustain our Clients relevance in our technology based world that is rapidly changing.  We are opening 3 new locations and we are looking to get managers trained for these offices immediately. This position offers a compensation structure where pay is based upon individuals performance, everything is merit based so you are rewarded for your hard work.

Job Description:

  • Personally meet with our client's customers for new client acquisitions and customer retention
  • Coach and help develop peers
  • Conduct presentations for our client
  • Never stagnant. After mastering a skill set a new challenge is given.

Job Requirements

 We are looking for a candidate to be:

  •  A Graduate with a 4 yr degree OR 1-5 yrs of management, customer service, marketing, or sales experience
  • Ambitious and energetic, ready for a challenge 
  • A fast learner with a great student mentality 
  • Doesn't take themselves too seriously as this is entry level and management skills are learned   
  • Must be willing to have fun at work and enjoy the journey to learn new skills
