Customer Service/Sales Rep 2

Take incoming calls from the Distributor Network and internal/external customers to resolve inquiries or requests regarding orders, shipments, product issues, pricing or any other distributor, end user customer or internal customer issues. Customer Service Representatives must be knowledgeable in most product lines, maintain superior quality of service and achieve productivity goals.
Positions are available on several shifts between 8:00 Am and 8:00 PM..


-Efficiently respond to all telephone inquiries from Distributors, providing timely answers to all inquiries, resolving complaints and assisting distributors with all other needs related to their inquiries by phone, fax or electronic mail.
 
-Thoroughly research and resolve distributor problems “on the spot” or by communicating problems to the appropriate manufacturing facility or department, following up with the plant when responses are not returned within a timely manner and following up with distributors with final resolution.
 
-When necessary, contact external organizations such as shipping carriers and end user customers who find their way into the call center.
 
-Make decisions on allowances, credits, re-runs special shipping, move-ups, etc., balancing what is fair to The Company, the distributor and, most importantly, the end user customer.
 
-Maintain positive relationships with distributors and actively participate in programs to encourage distributors to place their business with The Company.
 
-Provide accurate and complete notes of discussions in the OMS scratchpad and/or Siebel, make appropriate changes to orders in the OMS System.
 
-Maintain high productivity standards
 
-Perform “off phone” duties, including but not limited to, processing Distributor Requests, shipper claims, unauthorized returns, Manual Commission Adjustments etc...
 
-Maintain accurate daily call logs and other ongoing data collection activities, submitting reports in an accurate and timely manner.
