Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
W.B. Mason is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our successful team in Customer Service. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment. The Customer Service Representative will process orders, research problems and respond to customers needs and requests by: talking with customers on the phone and receiving orders via fax; internet and mail; set-up new accounts and maintain existing accounts; make adjustments to customer files and address customer complaints; handle incoming direct calls and "loop" calls. The Customer Service Representative will also support the Sales Representative daily in regards to customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding phone skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced setting
- Computer skills a must
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Previous office supply experience is helpful
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
