Local company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist-French Speaking. *** MUST SPEAK FRENCH ***
Part-time Customer Service Specialist needed. Will work on Canadian accounts team and must be able to speak fluent French.
Weekly hours will vary and will be between 20-32 hours/week.
Schedule will be 10:00 am - 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm, Mon - Fri.
Position is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity with minimum downtime. Must be able to quickly and accurately identify customer needs and take appropriate action to satisfy those needs, solve problems systematically, use sound business judgment, and follow through on commitments. Need to be able to respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations, project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words, establish rapport over the phone.
Utilize customer service and PC skills to professionally and proficiently manage customer contacts online in SAP database in order to meet call center performance goals for Customer Satisfaction, Service Level and Call Quality in call center environment.
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service experience including customer relationship skills, flexibility, communication skills in a professional environment greater than a year.
Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for corporate environment.
Previous experience with Microsoft Suite applications.
Basic Excel knowledge required.
College degree preferred.
