Qualifications: Required: · High School degree or equivalent · Spanish Speaking · Attention to detail a must Preferred: · Exceptional oral and written communication skills · Minimum of 2+ years of customer service or call center experience · Strong listening skills · Exceptional Organizational skills Research, reviews and responds to all complex inquiries that are received through incoming calls, e-mail or written correspondence Contacts and educates new members about Neighborhood services Has a broad knowledge of all lines of Neighborhood business Provides accurate documentation regarding the inquiry in the all Customer Service Call Tracking Applications Knowledge of Neighborhood Organizational Structure, Customer Service Workflow and Operating Procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to train Customer Service Specialist III Specializes in coordinating administrative task specific to member request Ability to answer switchboard calls to relieve receptionist when needed Knowledge of Customer Service – Service Levels and NCQA/HIPAA Standards Provides telephone and/or administrative support for the Customer Service Department Represents Neighborhood to internal and external customers in a professional manner If assigned responsibility for marketing outreach: - Makes and receives phone calls with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services using a prepared marketing script - Responsible for follow-up calls to potential members using a prepared marketing script - Convince potential members to join Neighborhood · Performs other assigned task as needed Neighborhood is an EOE M/F/D/V and an E-Verify Employer.· Proficient in computer skills
