What you’ll be doing:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers. They communicate with us by telephone, fax, email, text message, and the Internet. As part of a team, you will provide each individual request with consistent and professional service.

This includes:

• Taking Reservations
  
• Recommending pickup times  based on times/locations of meetings or events
  
• Suggesting the correct service based on what the client needs- even if they don’t come out and tell you directly
  
• Sending copies of receipts and invoices upon request
  
• Quoting Rates and sending proposals
  
• Helping a client with anything they need, even if it’s something we’ve never done before

We take pride in our level of service, so we perform Quality Assurance checks on everything we do. You will be responsible for performing checks on the work performed by your teammates.

When we’re not taking care of customers, we add value back to the company. You will be given the responsibility for multiple projects or initiatives within the company which you will complete during your time in between customer contacts.

Requirements:

How far will you go to help a client? Our answer is always Yes and we then find a way to deliver on our promise.  We are not looking for people who take the easy way out or who say no because they don’t want to put in the effort.

Do you have an eye for detail and take pride in your work? We demand 100% quality, 100% of the time. We want people who scrutinize their own work and never settle for less than the best.

We’re anything but a 9-5 company, so we need you to be flexible with your availability. If you can’t commit to consistently working late in the evening and a minimum of one weekend day per week, this isn’t the right opportunity for you.

Do you love technology? We do and expect our team members to do the same. Be prepared to demonstrate intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Windows XP, Word, Excel and Outlook. We also expect that you will be able to learn our in-house software quickly.

Can you juggle many tasks without dropping any? A typical day here may involve switching directions several dozen times based on client and company needs.

Information comes at us quickly and we need to get it recorded, completely and accurately. Be prepared to demonstrate error free typing proficiency at 45wpm or better.

Can you read a map? A good geographic knowledge of the greater New York City area combined with map reading abilities will help you to serve our clients.

You must be able to speak and write clear English with native proficiency.

High School Diploma / GED.

You must be eligible to work in the United States. We do not sponsor work Visas.
