Customer Service Specialist - (November 16 Start!)
Experienced Customer Service Specialists needed for a rapidly growing inbound contact center in the Scranton area. Starting pay rate for these long term seasonal positions is $10.50/hr. Positions are expected to continue through March 2010.
Paid training starts on Monday November 16th. Cannot miss any time during training. Upon completion of training you will be assigned to a shift starting as early as 8:00 AM and ending as late as 11:00 PM.
Will be taking inbound calls (no selling) from Healthcare subscribers who need advice or assistance enrolling in their Healthcare plans for 2010. Some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work during peak season. To be considered for these positions, you must have had, at least, 1 years prior Customer Service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment. It is recommended that you apply ASAP as it takes time for the background check and drug screen to be completed and their are only a few openings left for this class.
Essential skills are Customer Service, proficiency in Word, and the ability to type at least 30 wpm with minimal errors. Clear background and drug screen required.
