Innovative pharmaceutical company is currently looking to hire an articulate, diligent and bright Customer Service Specialist to join their team!  In this highly interactive role, you will be responsible for fielding all communication from patients; logging and tracking all product complaints regarding adverse effects; following-up with patient needs; assigning and delegating product testing related to complaints; reviewing complaint testing results and summarizing investigations; gathering information for annual product reports; working with cross-functional teams to successfully investigate issues; and assisting with special projects as needed.  The qualified Customer Service Specialist must have a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; 1-3 years of experience in a related field, ideally healthcare and/or a pharma industry; exceptional communication, problem solving, research and analytical thinking skills; and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.  This is a terrific opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate who possesses superior customer service skills and telephone etiquette!
