Position Description:
 
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers.
 

Primary Responsibilities: 


  • Direct phone-based customer interaction

  • Answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of consumer healthcare experience or other benefit administration experience

  • 2+ years prior supervisory experience of groups of 1-10 people

  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience within a call center

  • Call center management software experience a plus

  • Must be able to effectively present information to a wide array of audiences and to groups

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
