Home Buyers Warranty, the leader in the Home Warranty Industry, is seeking a qualified Customer Service Escalations Supervisor. This position will supervise 6 to 10 representatives.
Examples of some of the day-to-day duties include:
· Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
· Keeps up to date with developments and changes in processes and ensures department procedures are followed
· Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints/issues
· Develops department and individual goals and manages the team to achieve these goals
· Interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees; addresses complaints and resolves problems
· Keep up to date daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly phone statistical data
Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from two year school or technical school required; and one to three years related experience and/or training. Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or home appliances is a huge plus.
