Asset Marketing Services, Inc is a national multi-million dollar direct response company specializing in collectible coins, watches, jewelry & other innovative consumer products from around the world.  Due to exciting growth opportunities we are currently hiring for a Customer Service Supervisor.


 


The purpose of this position is to provide daily direction and coaching to customer service staff resulting in timely, accurate and courteous response to all customer inquiries in compliance with corporate and department goals, policies and procedures.  To develop a high level of customer focus through training and development and scheduling of existing staff and to provide reporting to management on the level of service being provided to customers and clients.


 


The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced team environment with the ability to train and motivate others to reach business unit goals.  Qualifications include:  3-5 years of supervisory experience in a Customer Service and /or Operations environment.  Strong verbal and written communication, along with exemplary interpersonal skills are required.  Must be willing to work until 8:00 PM Monday-Friday.


 


PC Microsoft Suites experience, and a 4-year degree are required.
