Customer Service Supervisor

With a our state-of-the art new Contact Center opening in less than a month, we’re adding to our already bright group of CSRs and seek a Customer Service Supervisor to lead, coach, and motivate our new reps.
Working in the shooting and hunting industry is a huge bonus to this job! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with the best and brightest minds, those most knowledgeable of the shooting industry. You’ll get to work with guns, shooting, hunting, and outdoor products on a daily basis, and you’ll be charged with developing a group of customer service reps to continue our tradition of industry-leading service. Primary responsibilities will include coaching and monitoring CSRs to increase productivity and maintain Customer Satisfaction, designing and implementing training programs and motivating and recognizing Employees on a daily basis. This person will play a vital role in our Inbound Contact Center. You’ll lead a team of 15-25 customer service representatives, be continually challenged, and have the opportunity to take your career to the next level in a rapidly growing environment.
