Custom Direct, located in the Otter Creek area of Little Rock is a leading provider of customized printed products, security and fraud protection services to small businesses and consumers. We currently have an exciting opportunity available in our contact center for a qualified career-oriented candidate! This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous management experience who wishes to work evenings (1:30pm-10:00pm weekdays) and Sundays (9:30am-6:00pm).
This individual will be responsible for supervising a group of up to 50 contact center associates. The candidate must possess strong coaching, motivational, and people skills. Must have strong organization skills, be goal oriented, and have a proven track record of successful management and team building. Sales experience a plus. Additional qualifications include BA/BS degree plus 2 years work experience in a related field. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is also required. (Salary dependent upon education and experience.)
