This position reports to: CS Manager
This position is not eligible for benefits.
Essential Duties
Records S/N on invoice from distribution reports
Enter customers and initial order entry for online orders
Follow up on credit card issues
Follows up on POs on a daily basis
Gets and sends tracking on drop ships
Accurately records interactions with customers/vendors in database
Assists OP Lead and other CS Reps as needed
Other duties as assigned
