Customer Service Support Project Leader

About the Job

Purpose:

The Circulation Statistics group partners with a wide variety of Time Inc. business units and clients for the purpose of maintaining statistics for audits and publisher statements. They do this by building strong relationships with clients and developing an innovated support staff.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Maintaining statistics for audits and publisher statements

·         Collaborate and be able to build strong bonds with clients.

·         File publisher statements

·         Coaching and staff development / recognition

·         Client / Auditor communication

·         Administer departmental priorities

·         Write and administer staff evaluations 

·         Lead and implement continuous improvements

·         Interpret ABC / BPA / Postal Rules and regulations for application and communication

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience and the ability to plan, staff, evaluate and direct work of employees of a work unit
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to manage the activity of multiple projects / Titles and meet hard deadlines
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Strong Communication Skills verbally and in writing. (emphasis on interpersonal skills)
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Knowledge of fulfillment systems.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel on business 2-3 times per year for 1-4 days per trip. 

 Position Preference:

·         Previous experience in interpreting ABC / BPA / Postal Rules and regulations for application and communication.

·         MESSENGER, MAGIC, MIRAGE, COSMO, OASIS systems knowledge.

·         Strong computer skills and experience working with the following software programs: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher.
