Software development company seeks a customer service oriented individual to join our support team.
Required Technical Knowledge:
· Knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Mac OS X
· Familiar with Remote Support Applications (Gotomeeting, Logmein, Remote Desktop)
· General understanding of databases (Tables, Fields, Indexes)
Additional Requirements:
· Knowledge of basic Accounting principals (Receivables, Payables & General Ledger)
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· Function as part of a team
· Able to work with little or no supervision
· Self-motivated
College/Technical Degree or previous customer support experience preferred. Bilingual, English-Spanish speaking, a plus.
